My last report is here. In the last 3 months I have done

- July = 20.93k
- August = 34.14k
I have great improvement on my ability to run longer best record so far is 45 minutes with one stop for water. My only concern now is that what MHR is good for me. I’m not sure if I’m considered well enough for a higher MHR in the range of 160-170 or should I be keeping it at a lower range of 150-160.
I’ll surely attempt to run faster when the weather is cooler.
