Recovery runs

My diagnosis of my own leg pain problem appears to be correct. Since then I bought myself a new pair of shoes and new Nike+ sensor after a run on 31 Jan.

I had two 5k runs recently with pace gradually improved from 6:58 to 6:44 per km. I will from now on focus on 5k run with a target to do it in 30 minutes.
