The chart below explains it. I ran as few as 3 times per month and only on Sunday. I ran slow as well, mostly run and walk, on hot days!
In October I ran 9 times and last month 10 times, it was still 0.3k short to reach 100k. It wasn’t easy to fight the 5:30am alarm and step out at 10 deg in the morning.
I’m not going to hit my goal of 1000k this year I’ll be lucky if I get close to 800k.
